Schooling of our team

The Ambulance Westtirol staff are trained according
to (San-AV), BGBI II No. 420/2003 as state
certified paramedics.

Through ongoing further education and advanced
training, Mr Martin Gstrein of Alps-Rescue (www.
resc-med.at) ensures that our staff are certified
according to the Austrian Paramedic Training Law
and are completely up to date in their knowledge.

Among other things, the programme encompasses
life saving emergency procedures, special
positioning techniques for patient transport as well
as recertification as 1st grade paramedics including
early defibrillation with automatic and semiautomatic
equipment.
